1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CybAssess platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CybAssess is a comprehensive cybersecurity audit management platform designed for cybersecurity professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The platform facilitates security assessments, evidence management, time tracking, and report generation for various compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, Essential Eight, and COBIT.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • • All activities that occur under their account
  • • Ensuring information accuracy and completeness
  • • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • • Proper use of multi-factor authentication features

4. Data Security and Privacy

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit trails. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not:

  • • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

The CybAssess platform, including its frameworks, templates, and methodologies, remains our intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their data and assessment content but grant us necessary rights to provide the service effectively.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolt Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice. Upon termination, users will have reasonable time to export their data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
